Under this lens, we are developing an innovative firm culture. The design of this culture is the result of personal hardships that sent me on an exploration of alternative ways to do business. These circumstances gave me a unique opportunity to scale back and proceed intentionally. Many people cannot take the time to do the work that I did. In the spirit that has fueled this exploratory law firm, we will share our development and experiences over the next year as an invitation to innovation and explore different ways to meet needs.
