Taproot Law is redefining the role of general-practice law in the rural communities of the UP. Last summer, we began reaching out to communities that had few lawyers serving the area. We received warm welcomes, full workshops, and invitations to return. As we celebrate our first year at Taproot, we also want to celebrate you for supporting us by offering a month-long promotion for legal coaching!
At its core, legal coaching is for people with a legal project or concern who need information about the law or social system to move forward. Normally, coaching is $175, but for one month, I’m lowering that to $99!
We offer this service to people with concerns relating to, but not limited to:
- Estate planning
- Probate estate administration and after-death transfers of property
- Real estate matters including easements, for sale by owner, land contracts, leases, etc.
- Business planning: LLCs, insurance
- Litigation: disputes or potential disputes probate, real estate, business, etc.
How Legal Coaching Works
Every Taproot client starts with legal coaching and includes a 30-minute coaching session with me to discuss your legal project. During your call, we work together to develop a strategy to move your legal project forward. Together, we will explore solutions that fit your goals and lifestyle. After coaching, we will refer you to other resources including our Make-it-Legal products (custom tools and instructions for estate planning, probate, or real estate projects), which are outlined in the graphic below.
It’s important to know that legal coaching is more than a 30-minute session – it’s a process! Preparing for the session is an important part of the process and we send you materials to help you do that.
Give us a call and mention the promotion for legal coaching!
